Join KidWind and our team for a 3-day exploration of offshore wind energy in partnership with University of Rhode Island Coastal Resource Center, WindWinRI and the KidWind Offshore Wind Academy run by Self-Reliance.
This training will focus on offshore wind power. You can plan on three packed days learning about the politics, technologies and economics of offshore wind energy. This training will be coupled with tours and a range of engaging activities you can use with your students around wind energy.
While this training is appropriate for middle and high school educators, we welcome all levels and types of educators to attend this event.
